The daily concern of our Production and Quality teams is to permanently offer the best product, in accordance with its original qualities (know-how, recipe) while strictly applying good hygiene and manufacturing practices. Our manufacturing sites are regularly audited (to the standards IFS, VPF, Saucisson de l'Ardèche PGI...) and the HACCP system is in place.
Our meat raw materials:
All our meats are stamped “porc français”. It is the unique logo that guarantees to consumers that the pigs are born, raised and processed in France.
Further, to avoid working with frozen meat, we have daily deliveries of fresh meat.
